Using his knowledge of sound and guided by spirit Olaf will take you on a journey to unlock that which can sometimes be hidden. \nThe day will start with a guided meditation to set the intention for the workshop. DESCRIPTION:Sunday 7 February \n10:00am – 5:00pm\n\n\nThe Gongs can initiate healing\, regeneration and induce states of heightened consciousness characterised by feelings of timelessness and joy. \nUsing a selection of ancient instruments including the 38” planetary and symphonic Gongs\, Gong Master Olaf Nixon will guide you through a series of Gong meditations focusing on the energies of the chakras. \nThis will be a day of journeying and discovery as you focus your intentions on what each chakra represents to you personally and what was developing in both your physical and spiritual world at the time it was developing. \nWhat lessons can you bring back and what can you let go of once you are able to see with the clarity of age\, wisdom and hindsight. Using his knowledge of sound and guided by spirit Olaf will take you on a journey to unlock that which can sometimes be hidden. \nThe day will start with a guided meditation to set the intention for the workshop. After each Gong meditation the participants will be invited to record their experiences. \nGong 1 – Base Chakra – The resonant tone of the earth\, of creation\, of survival. Didgeridoos\, Drums and the 38” Earth Gong will take you on a journey of discovery. \nGong 2 – Heart Chakra – Expand your heart and let the sounds of the Flutes\, Conches and 32” Chiron Gong take you deep within to listen to your heart’s song. \nGong 3 – Third Eye – Intuition\, sight beyond sight\, seeing that which cannot be seen\, that hides within.
