DESCRIPTION:Winter Solstice Firewalk\n \nOur firewalk has been set to coincide with the arrival of the Winter Solstice sun as it enters Capricorn at 16:27. \nThe start time for this event is subject to change if people find the time to too early. \nAn invitation to join us as we meditate on what the Solstice means for us. \nIn this darkest time of the year we celebrate the return of the Divine Child\, the Mabon\, the rebirth of the golden solstice Sun\, who will bring warmth\, light and life back to Earth again. There are no steps to follow\, no choreography to learn\, no way to do it wrong. The only requirement is a body that is still breathing\, a heart that is still beating\, and mind that is still curious!  \nThe only rules: No talking on the dance floor no substance usage.. \nThere is NOTHING to get RIGHT \nThere is NOTHING you can get WRONG \n  \nThen lie back and bathe in the transformational energies created by the Gong.  The body will be submerged in the powerful vibrations created by these sacred instruments to affect you at the cellular and soul level.  The Gong can assist us in easing through challenges and blockages\, creating clearer sight or transporting us into states of Joy.  Every Gong baths is unique to the individual and will be different every time you lie down to receive.  Working with an intention intensifies the experience\, so come with a seed to plant\, or one may be gifted to you during the dance and allow the magic to happen!  Mats and blankets are available for you to use or you may bring your own for added comfort and warmth. \n  \nAll we ask is that you come with an open heart\, curious mind and some dancing feet. \n  \nBring layers and water.

DESCRIPTION:Northampton Drumming circle \nThe first of a monthly meetup for anyone that would like to come and have a go at drumming. \nBring you drums\, rattles\, and voice and join in a celebration of life \nThe space of our first meetup has been kindly created by Ye Old England Ale House and will take place in their cellar area which will just be for our use for the duration of the event. \nThe date has been set for the 21st August gathering for a 8pm start time \nAs some of you will be aware the energies of the day will be centred around the Solar eclipse that will be covering central America in darkness.  Then at 7:30pm we will reach the apex of our own New Moon. \nA exchange of £5 if suggested for the event and the evening will be very relaxed with some social time at the end for those that would like. \nThere might also be a little Gong joining us for the evening too. \nThere will be a small selection of Drums for those that do not have an instrument \n  \nFor those of you that are interested I also have 3 frame drums available for sale. DESCRIPTION:Gongs and Ancient Instruments Explained & Experienced \nThis is an evening where you will not only be able to experience the sound of a variety of ancient and revered instruments but also learn about the science behind how the sounds affect our body\, both psychically and energetically. \nOlaf will start by introducing us to some of the ancient instruments he uses in his sessions; these include the singing bowl\, conch\, horn\, flute\, shruti\, digeridoo and of course the gongs.
