DESCRIPTION:Imbolc Gong Bath 2019 \nThe Festival of Purification \nAlways evolving and always changing the Gong Baths of 2019 are here to journey with you\, guided by Olaf’s intuitive guidance from the universe. \nTonight brings with it the opportunity to tap into the energies of Imbolc\, the ritual of purification and the ceremony of the returning of the light. \nWhether you are coming to relax and recharge or would like to utilise the power of intention and the journeying power of the Gongs\, these monthly events have become a staple at the beautiful Om Studio in Northampton\, imbued with the loving energy of Debbie and all she creates. \n  \nMonthly Gong Bath at the Om Studio Northampton \nExchange £17 payable in advance \nSpaces are limited and booking is essential \nMats\, pillows and blankets are available at the OM however \nPlease feel free to bring anything extra you need for your comfort. \nThicker Blankets – Pillow – Extra Yoga Mats etc \n  \nGates will be opened at approx 6:45 and will be locked at 7pm for a prompt start \nPlease be aware that entry after 7pm will not be permitted without prior consent\n \n  \nAs a very dear friend shared with me once \n\nBooking does not guarantee that you will be able to make it and brings with it\, it’s own learning journey

Just as the wildfires in nature burn away dead and lifeless debris left on the land and fertilise it with ash\, creating space for the sunlight and rain to reach the seeds of new growth\, so the Firewalk allows us to release energetic and emotional burdens to the Fire\, making way for new beginnings. \n  \nPlease wear appropriate clothing for a woodland environment. \nThere will be a woodland toilet for the ladies and trees for the men \nLeg wear – please ensure that either you can roll up your trousers or you are wearing appropriate leg wear. \nThings to bring – Torch\, Water to drink
