DESCRIPTION:Sunday 19th March \n10:00am – 5:00pm\n\n\nThe Gongs can initiate healing\, regeneration and induce states of heightened consciousness characterised by feelings of timelessness and joy. Using a selection of ancient instruments including the 38” planetary and symphonic gongs\, Olaf will guide you through a series of gong meditations connecting with the energies of the moment. \nThis will be a day of journeying\, discovery and joyful healing with guided meditations and 3 Gong Baths \nFor many the Spring Equinox heralds forth the first day of Spring when both night and day are of equal length.  In this ever changing world where the seasons can sometimes appear to be out of balance\, we look for ways to anchor ourselves back in the moment.   \nThis is one such moment\, when all of nature is stirring\, the power of the Sun is increasing\, becoming warmer. \nWhat lessons you bring back and what you let go of will be up to you.  Using his knowledge of sound and guided by spirit\, Olaf will take you on a journey guiding you to know where to put your energy\, your focus and what you wish to change for the better. \nThe day will start with a guided meditation to set the intention for the workshop\, followed by 3 full Gong immersions throughout the day. \nAfter each Gong meditation there will be private time to record your experiences should you wish to do so. \nA light vegetarian lunch is included. \nTeas and light snacks will be provided throughout the day
