Gong Bath, Tea and Cake

As the wheel turns once more, we tentatively step out from our slumber with an introduction to the Gongs and the benefits of sound therapy.
This will be an intimate event with plenty of time to chat and ask questions after.
We shall begin with a brief introduction to the Gongs and some other ancient instruments before embarking on what will be for many their first Gong Bath and Sound immersion possibly for the first time.
After we have come back, there shall be a very small and special selection of teas and some grounding cake, whilst we chat and explore what has been.
This will be the first event in over a year and I am very excited to be able to share the sounds once more.
Please arrive from 2:45pm, as late comers will not be admitted.
Terms and Conditions
Gong Retreats – A non –refundable £50 deposit is required to secure your space. Full payment is required by 6 weeks before the retreat. A refund of the full amount (minus the deposit) can be offered up to 6 weeks before the start of the retreat. Unfortunately there can be no refund after this date.
Gong Baths / Gong Bath events – Full payment is required to secure your space. A full refund less admin fee can be issued up to one week prior to the event or a credit for the next Gong Bath.
One Day Workshops – Full payment is required to secure your space, which includes a non-refundable £20 deposit. A refund of the full amount (minus the deposit) can be offered up to one week before the workshop. Unfortunately there can be no refund after this date
