DESCRIPTION:Smoke and Silence a Sensory Experience\nDecember Gong Bath at the Om Studio Northampton \nOur last Gong Bath of the year will be held in a smoke filled OM Studio Frankincense \nThe Gongs will be sounding their full magnificance (this means it will be loud!) and the Om Studio will be filled with the a mix of special Frankincense smoke. \nWe invite all participants to enter and hold the silence from arrival until after the Gong bath to enable a full experience of the senses. \nAt the end there will be a moment for those to leave quietly if they wish to hold the space they have experienced. \nExchange £15 payable in advance \nThis event will sell out Fast  \nSpaces are limited and booking is essential \nMats\, pillows and blankets are available at the OM but please feel free to bring anything extra for your comfort \nTea and biscuits available afterwards. \nGate open at 6:45 and will be locked at 7pm for a prompt start
