DESCRIPTION:Sacred Sounds and Olaf have the pleasure in bringing the Gongs to Nottingham.  \nThe morning will begin with some gentle yoga provided by the lovely Susanne Stanley. \nThen after a brief introduction to the history of the Gongs and sound healing\, Olaf will guide you into a sonic landscape of infinite possibilities utilising not only the Gongs but also other ancient instruments from around the world. \n The session will begin at 10:30 and finish at 2pm \nExchange £30 \nA further Gong Bath is also available from 2:30 until 3:30 for those not able to attend the morning session – Exchange £15. \nOr \nIf you would like to book both events then it will only be £40 for both events.
