DESCRIPTION:Join us for an afternoon of gentle yoga and sound with the Gongs and other ancient instruments on the  beautiful grounds in Shipley\, Nottingham. \nThe afternoon will begin with an introduction to the power and healing abilities of holistic soundscapes. \nThen using a selection of instruments Olaf will invite you into a meditative state whilst journeying through the ages with some of the oldest instruments known to man. \nThen some gentle Yoga\, led by Susanne Stanley before going into a deeper experience with the Gongs. \nThere will then be time to chat\, ask questions and discuss what came up for individuals \nExchange £35 \nPlease bring Yoga mats\, comfy clothes and anything else for your comfort. \nPlease also feel free to bring any sacred items or crystals that you would like cleansed in the sound field \n

DESCRIPTION:The Gongs create what is known as holistic resonance\, a field of sound that has the ability to create an environment for healing. DESCRIPTION: A 4-hour immersion to go beyond and explore \nHave you been journeying with the Gongs for a while or have you just begun? \nWould you like to explore something new\, experiential\, exciting\, unknown? \nAre you willing to open to the unknown of the universe and the known? \n\nAre you willing to open up to your divine self? \nThe Theme for this beyond the Gong Field will be to connect fully with the Winter Solstice energies \n\n \nThe Gongs create what is known as holistic resonance\, a field of sound that has the ability to create an environment for healing\, for journeying and for self-reflection\, to name a few.
