DESCRIPTION:Dancing Freedom™ is a simple\, powerful moving meditation. It is simple. It is an invitation to move\, to open and expand your body\, your breath\, your awareness.  It is an invitation to breathe life and love into every part of your being through movement and creative expression.  It is an invitation to explore the journey home to self.  To breathe life into every part of our lives and to explore our relationship to self. ‘Our bodies know’ and here we simply begin the journey of listening to our bodies innate wisdom and giving it freedom to express itself. \nI love this work it is play to me\, I ‘found’ myself on the dance floor\, I re-find myself each and every time I move.  \nThe floor is open to all\, any age\, size\, or physical ability can practice. There are no steps to follow\, no choreography to learn\, no way to do it wrong. The only requirement is a body that is still breathing\, a heart that is still beating\, and mind that is still curious!  \nThe only rules: No talking on the dance floor no substance usage.. \nThere is NOTHING to get RIGHT \nThere is NOTHING you can get WRONG \n  \nThen lie back and bathe in the transformational energies created by the Gong.  The body will be submerged in the powerful vibrations created by these sacred instruments to affect you at the cellular and soul level.  The Gong can assist us in easing through challenges and blockages\, creating clearer sight or transporting us into states of Joy.  Every Gong baths is unique to the individual and will be different every time you lie down to receive.  Working with an intention intensifies the experience\, so come with a seed to plant\, or one may be gifted to you during the dance and allow the magic to happen!  Mats and blankets are available for you to use or you may bring your own for added comfort and warmth. \n  \nAll we ask is that you come with an open heart\, curious mind and some dancing feet. \n  \nBring layers and water.
