DESCRIPTION:Smoke and Silence a Sensory Experience\nWelcoming Back the Gongs to the OM studio with a Frankincense Gong Bath \nLast year we held our first full immersion with Frankincense and smoke\, due to the resounding success we are please to hold another one this year \nThe Gongs will be sounding their full magnificance (this means it will be loud!) and the Om Studio will be filled with the a mix of special Frankincense smoke. \nWe invite all participants to enter quietly and hold the silence from arrival until after the Gong bath to enable a full experience of the senses. \nAt the end there will be a moment for those to leave quietly if they wish to hold the space they have experienced. \nExchange £20 payable in advance \nThis event SOLD out fast last year so book quick to ensure you space \nSpaces are limited and booking is essential \n\nThis event is not for those that have never experienced the Gongs or are overly sensitive to smoke or loud sounds \n\nMats\, pillows and blankets are available at the OM but please feel free to bring anything extra for your comfort \nTea and biscuits available afterwards. \nGate open at 6:45 and will be locked at 7pm for a prompt start
