SUMMARY:Winter Solstice 3 Hour Gong Immersion with Frankincense
DESCRIPTION:  \nThe Winter Solstice heralds in the bringing of the light and as we join together with the energies we pause to reflect. \nJoin us and be bathed in the sounds of the Gongs\, Flutes\, Shruti box and other ancient instruments for this special 3 hour event \nWe shall be burning a special blend of Frankincense and Myrrh to heighten the senses as the Gongs play their songs. \nAfter there will be the opportunity to purchase some of the Frankincense used and to ask any questions that may arise. \nPlease do not book on this event is you are sensitive to Frankincense / smoke or unsure about you may be affected by the environment \n  \nExchange £40 payable in advance \nSpaces for this special event are limited to 15 and booking is essential \nMats\, pillows and blankets are available at the OM but please feel free to bring anything extra for your comfort \n  \nGates will open at 9:30 and be locked at 9:50 for a prompt start at 10am \nIn the 1st Gong immersion we will review what has been\,  \nIn the 2nd pause. . .  as we allow ourselves to stop and become completely present with what is.  \nAnd as we journey to the 3rd Gong Bath.
