DESCRIPTION:The Gongs create what is known as holistic resonance\, a field of sound that has the ability to create an environment for healing. Sound is resonance and resonance the vibration that results from sound\, as resonant beings sound can either heal or harm\, create states of bliss/euphoria/happiness/joyfulness and equally create states of sadness/irritation/melancholy/pain.  \nMan first recorded sound in 1857 on a phonautograph and ever since we have been finding ways to share our sounds with the world and our fellow humans. \n  \nWhether you are coming to relax and recharge or would like to utilise the power of intention and the journeying power of the Gongs\, Olaf will assist in guiding and supporting you on your journey with the Gongs \n  \nExchange £17 payable in advance \nSpaces are limited and booking is essential \nPlease wear comfortable clothing and bring something to lie on and a blanket along with anything extra you need for your comfort. \nThicker Blankets – Pillow – Extra Yoga Mats etc \nI will have a small selection of mats and blankets for those that do not have any \n  \nDoors will be opened approx 20 minutes before the event and then closed and locked for a prompt start \nPlease be aware that entry after the doors have been locked will not be permitted without prior consent\n \n  \nAs a very dear friend shared with me once \n\nBooking does not guarantee that you will be able to make it and brings with it\, it’s own learning journey
