DESCRIPTION:  \nThe Imbolc Fire Walk\nAt this time of Imbolc\, when life is resting still beneath the chilled earth\, we invite you to join us on the land to feel the primal call of spring as it awakens. To witness the first green shoots pushing through solid ground to rejoice in warmth returning. To witness that which we left sleeping in the dead of winter come to fruition. At this balancing time between spring and winter\, life and death\, lies the perfect opportunity to release that that no longer serves us and nurture the new and precious within. As the seed dreams in the earth\, there is a spark of creation deep inside us\, a pure potential that can be awakened at this time. \n  \nFor centuries the people of these lands have lit fires in this season\, in honour of the primal force of spring returning. Celebrations to honour the maiden\, the Celtic fire Goddess Bridget\, would be held in the spirit of growth and renewal. Patron of smith craft\, healing\, midwifery\, she invites you to step into the transformative fires of her forge. She asks us to walk through her deep and cleansing fire and let all that is impure\, that impedes or restrains us\, to be taken. To brave the crucible and let ourselves be reformed stronger\, purer and more complete. When we walk with the intention and own the force within\, we not only transform ourselves\, we light the fire of inspiration in others. We become powerful agents of creativity in the world. Join us and answer the promise of spring within. \n  \n  \n  \nFirewalking is an act of self-discovery practiced for millennia all over the world. It is a symbolic rite of passage. Just as the wildfires in nature burn away dead and lifeless debris left on the land and fertilise it with ash\, creating space for the sunlight and rain to reach the seeds of new growth\, so the Firewalk allows us to release energetic and emotional burdens to the Fire\, making way for new beginnings. \nWhat you can expect and look forward to for the Imbolc walk. \nOn arrival I shall invite a moment to connect with yourselves and each other\, I will guide you in a meditation of intent.  Then as a newly formed tribe for the evening\, we shall light the fire and connect with that flame. After the walk we shall come together once more to connect and reflect. \nEvery Fire-Walk I run\, is guided by source\, guided by the inner wisdom and connection with the universe.  You’re journey will be your’s alone\, and unique for where your journey is at that time.  If you have any questions please feel free to email me. \n  \n  \n\nAs we come together\, we come together with a common goal\, \nto light the fires\, \nto walk the coals\, \nto let go of that which needs to be re-born anew in the Fires of Life. \nOlaf 2019 \n\n  \n  \nPlease wear appropriate clothing for a woodland environment. \nThere will be a woodland toilet for the ladies and trees for the men \nLeg wear – please ensure that either you can roll up your trousers or you are wearing appropriate leg wear. \nThings to bring – Torch\,Water to drink \nThere will be hot drinks available for the evening  \n  \nIf you would like to come and support your fellow walks\, please arrive approximately 1 1/1 hours after the start time of the event

DESCRIPTION:Welcome to 2020 and the continuing evolution of the Gongs\, Olaf and the journey of Sacred Sounds. \nThe Gongs create\, what we term ‘Holistic Resonance’. This sound when created has the ability\, to resonant with the whole person\, to their frequency. \nIn olden days\, we would be treated holistically\, by the wise men and women of the villages\, they would take into account all of us\, our environment\, our foods\, our friends and family\, the time of the year and how they interact and affect us at a given time.  \nThis is what the Gongs do\, they treat us Holistically\, they give you what you need at the time\, at this moment in your life\, in your journey. Be that deep relaxation\, spirit questing or a deeper understanding of what is needed at this time to name a few. \nThey do this by creating layer upon layer of sound\, and within that sound lies your harmonic frequency. But only at certain times will this sound\, sound. . . So your vibration today\, will not be your vibration tomorrow. \nPlease do bring with along any personal crystals that would like to be cleansed – they do love a good sonic clearing with the gongs. \n  \nExchange £17 payable in advance \nSpaces are limited and booking is essential \nMats\, pillows and blankets are available at the OM however \nPlease feel free to bring anything extra you need for your comfort. \nThicker Blankets – Pillow – Extra Yoga Mats – Eye Masks etc \n  \nDoors will be opened approx 15 minutes before the event and are then closed and locked for a prompt start \nPlease be aware that entry after the doors have been locked will not be permitted without prior consent\n \n  \nAs a very dear friend shared with me once \n\nBooking does not guarantee that you will be able to make it and brings with it\, it’s own learning journey
