Terms and Conditions

Gong Retreats – A non –refundable £50 deposit is required to secure your space.  Full payment is required by 6 weeks before the retreat.  A refund of the full amount (minus the deposit) can be offered up to 6 weeks before the start of the retreat.  Unfortunately there can be no refund after this date.

Gong Baths / Gong Bath events – Full payment is required to secure your space.  A full refund less admin fee can be issued up to one week prior to the event or a credit for the next Gong Bath.

One Day Workshops – Full payment is required to secure your space, which includes a non-refundable £20 deposit.  A refund of the full amount (minus the deposit) can be offered up to one week before the workshop.  Unfortunately there can be no refund after this date
